Your tasks
- Warm welcome and professional care for our patients
- Coordination and organization of appointments for an efficient practice workflow
- Maintenance and management of patient data and support with administrative tasks
- Communication interface between patients and treatment team
- Ensuring structured billing and smooth practice processes
Your requirements profile
- Completed training as a dental secretary or dental assistant
- Ideally experience in the administration of a dental practice or clinic
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented thinking
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working - even in challenging situations
- Ability to work in a team and interest in long-term career prospects
